Niraj Shah

Founder / CEO
Niraj was previously cofounder of Intelius, inome and Talentwise which had a combined revenue close to $1 Billion since inception. In June of 2015, Intelius and inome were sold to a private equity firm. In Jan of 2016, Talentwise was sold to strategic SterlingBackCheck and Goldman Sachs to create the largest screening company in the US. Niraj has a deep background in big data solutions around people and analytics.

Dave McAlpin

Founder / CTO
Dave comes to FirstTwo with over 25 years of experience as a software architect and full stack developer. In his previous position as architect at Intelius, he designed and developed high-performance systems processing hundreds of millions of calls per month. His background and interests include big data, analytics, machine learning and natural language processing.
